Barrister Gohar Believes in Moving Forward
Barrister Gohar Ali Khan, the recently elected chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), is committed to progressing forward.
Emphasizing the party’s lack of disputes with any entity, Barrister Gohar expressed his dedication to advancing the nation during a media interaction following his assumption of the PTI leadership.
In expressing gratitude, he acknowledged the former PTI chief for entrusting him with this responsibility, pledging to be a worthy representative.

The intra-party elections, where Barrister Gohar was elected unopposed as the chairman, were confirmed by Niaz Ullah Niazi, the chief election commissioner. The newly appointed secretary general of the party is Omar Ayyub Khan.
Barrister Gohar, a recent addition to PTI, gained prominence during the legal challenges faced by the former party chief in the courts.
Hailing from the Buner quarter of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, he initiated his legal career in the early 2000s.
Combined with the law chamber of PPP’s Aitzaz Ahsan, Barrister Gohar manages the Islamabad office of the law establishment.
He holds a law degree from Wolverhampton University, UK, and an LLM from Washington School of Law, USA.
