Sources indicate that the Punjab government’s action to induce artificial rain as a measure to alleviate pollution in Lahore has encountered a reversal, facing a detention of four to six weeks.
Specialized challenges and sour performance by design experts are cited as reasons for the detention, with a deficit of available aircraft being a significant contributing factor.
