PTI Chairman Imran Khan Lodges Application Against Prison Trail Verdict
Islamabad (Dunya News) – The Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has formally submitted an application in the Official Secrets Act court, contesting his trial within the confines of a prison.
This application has been lodged in the Special Court under the leadership of Judge Abdul Hasnat Zulqarnain.
The applicant asserts that on November 23, the court had previously issued orders for the accused to be brought to the Judicial Complex on November 28.

However, despite the existence of this prior order, the court issued a separate verdict on November 28, directing the trial to take place within the prison.
The applicant contends that the November 28 order is legally invalid. Consequently, he has urged the court to uphold the initial order issued on November 23.
